Manufacturer Warranty
Enjoy peace of mind with every fence we install. Your new fence or gate is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty from the material and hardware suppliers we use — including Nationwide Industries, Shapes Unlimited, LMT Mercer Group, and VEKA Outdoor Living Products. Coverage varies by manufacturer and product, and generally protects against defects in material and workmanship — including cracking, peeling, chipping, corroding, or loss of functionality — for the lifetime of the product. Workmanship Warranty
Prizm will fix labor defects for two years from the invoice date, limited to:
Leaning and settling of posts
Structure and stability of fence
Gates that do not close properly
